【摘要】:ThispartofISO10845establishesakeyperformanceindicatorintheformofacontractparticipationgoal(CPG)relatingtotheengagementoflocalenterprisesandlabouronacontractfortheprovisionofservicesorengineeringandconstructionworks.ACPGmaybeusedtomeasuretheoutcomesofacontractinrelationtotheengagementoflocalenterprisesandlabourortoestablishatargetlevelofperformanceforthecontractortoachieveorexceedintheperformanceofacontract.ThispartofISO10845setsoutthemethodsbywhichthekeyperformanceindicatorismeasured,quantifiedandverifiedintheperformanceofthecontractinrespectoftwodifferenttargetingstrategies:targetingstrategyAandtargetingstrategyB.NOTEAnnexAcontainscommentaryontheclausesinthispartofISO10845.AnnexBprovidesguidanceonhowtodevelopthetargetingdataforaprocurementdocumentusingthispartofISO10845.
