【摘要】:Thedeterminationoftotalmoistureisimportantforassessingthequalityoffuels.Watercontentwillaffecttheheatingvalueoffuelsdirectlyandcancontributetoinstabilityintheoperationofanindustrialfurnace.Additionally,highwatercontentscanpresentmaterialhandlingandstorageproblemsduringwintermonthsorincoldenvironments.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthedeterminationbyKarlFischer(KF)titrimetryoftotalmoistureinsolidorliquidhazardouswastefuelsusedbyindustrialfurnaces.1.2Thistestmethodhasbeenusedsuccessfullyonnumeroussamplesofhazardouswastefuelcomposedofsolvents,spentoils,paints,andpigments.Theexpectedrangeofapplicabilityforthistestmethodisbetween1.0and100%;however,thisevaluationwaslimitedtosamplescontainingapproximately5to50%water.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiestherequirementsofenamelledrectangularcopperwindingwireofclass220withasolecoatingbasedonpolyamide-imideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Class220isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof220andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast240oC.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordimensionscoveredbythisstandardisasfollows:?width:min.2,0mm;max.16,0mm;?thickness:min.0,80mm;max.5,60mm.Wiresofgrade1andgrade2areincludedinthisspecificationandapplytothecompleterangeofconductors.Thespecifiedcombinationsofwidthandthicknessaswellasthespecifiedratiowidth/thicknessaregiveninIEC60317-0-2.
