【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstheminimalrequirementsofskiandsnowboardgoggles(intendedfornonmotorizeduse)toprovideareasonabledegreeofprotectionagainstsnowandmoisturestrikingorlodgingintheeyeorsurroundingsofttissue.1.2Thescopeofthisspecificationshallincluderequirementsformaterials,opticalproperties,lensstrengthandretention,labeling,identification,andtestingprocedures.1.2.1Contactlenses,sunglasses,andcorrectivedresseyeweararenotincludedwithinthescopeofthisspecification.(Warning8212;ImpactresistantprescriptionspectaclesthatconformtothestandardspecificationsofANSIZ87.1shouldbeusedifspectaclesaretobewornundergoggle-typeeyewearascoveredbythisspecification.)1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.MetricunitsofmeasurementinthisspecificationareinaccordancewiththeInternationalSystemofUnits(SI).Ifavalueformeasurementasgiveninthisspecificationisfollowedbyanequivalentvalueinotherunits,thefirststatedistoberegardedastherequirement.Agivenequivalentvaluemaybeapproximate.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
