【摘要】:ThispartofISO2859establishessamplingplansandproceduresthatcanbeusedtoassesswhetherthequalitylevelofanentity(lot,process,etc)conformstoadeclaredvalue.Thesamplingplanshavebeendevisedsoastoobtainariskoflessthan5%ofcontradictingacorrectdeclaredqualitylevel.Theriskis10%offailingtocontradictanincorrectdeclaredqualitylevelwhichisrelatedtothelimitingqualityratio(seeclause4).Samplingplansareprovidedcorrespondingtothreelevelsofdiscriminatoryability.IncontrasttotheproceduresintheotherpartsofISO2859,theproceduresinthispartofISO2859arenotapplicabletoacceptanceassessmentoflots.Generally,thebalancingoftherisksofreachingincorrectconclusionsinassessmentprocedureswilldifferfromthebalancingintheproceduresforacceptancesampling.ThispartofISO2859maybeusedforvariousformsofqualityinspectioninsituationswhereobjectiveevidenceofconformitytosomedeclaredqualitylevelistobeprovidedbymeansofinspectionofasample.Theproceduresareapplicabletoentitiessuchaslots,processoutput,etc.thatallowrandomsamplesofindividualitemstobetakenfromtheentity.ThesamplingplansprovidedinthispartofISO2859areapplicable,butnotlimited,toinspectionofavarietyofproductssuchas—enditems;—componentsandrawmaterials;—operations;—materialsinprocess;—suppliesinstorage;—maintenanceoperations;—dataorrecords;—administrativeprocedures.Theproceduresareprimarilyintendedtobeusedwhenthequantityofinterestisthenumberorfractionofnonconformingitemsforwhichtheinspecteditemsareclassifiedasconformingornonconforming.Withminorchanges,theproceduresmayalsobeusedwhenthequantityofinterestisthenumberofnonconformitiesornumberofnonconformitiesperitem.Thenecessarychangesare:—replacementof"numberofnonconformingitems"by"numberofnonconformities";—replacementof"percentnonconformingitems"by"nonconformitiesper100items".InthiscasethevaluesgiveninTables2to7areonlyapproximations.
