【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiestherequirementsand/ormeasurestoremovethehazardsand/orlimittherisksononesideprofilingmachineswithfixedtableandfeedrollersorfeedchainhereinafterreferredtoas"machines",wheretheloadingandunloadingismanualandwherethemaximumwork-pieceheightcapacityis200mm.Themachineisdesignedtoprocessinonepassonesideofsolidwood,chipboard,fibreboardorplywoodandalsothesematerialswheretheyarecoveredwithplasticlaminate.Thework-pieceisfedthroughtheprocessingunitsbyanintegratedfeedconsistingofrollersorachain.ThisdocumentcoversthehazardsrelevanttothesemachinesasstatedinClause4.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytotransportablemachines.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwithanyhazardsrelatingto:a)mechanicalloadingand/orunloadingofthework-piece;orb)amachinebeingusedincombinationwithanyothermachine(aspartofaline);orc)useoflaser.ForComputerNumericallyControlled(CNC)machinesthisdocumentdoesnotcoverhazardsrelatedtoElectro-MagneticCompatibility(EMC).NOTE1Therequirementsofthisdocumentapplytoallmachineswhatevertheirmethodofcontrole.g.electromechanicaland/orelectronic.ThisdocumentisprimarilydirectedtomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofpublicationbyCEN.NOTE2SingleendtenoningmachineswithslidingtablearedealtwithinEN1218-1:1999.Doubleendtenoningand/orprofilingmachinesfedbychainorchainsaredealtwithinEN1218-2.Singleendtenoningmachineswherethetenonisproducedonlybymeansofsaw-bladesaredealtwithinEN1218-3.
