【摘要】:Thedeterminationoforthophosphateisnotpossibleifthecontentislowerthan0.1%(m/m).Tetrametaphosphatesandpentametaphosphatesarenotusuallypresentincommercialproducts.Specifiestheabsorptionofthephosphateanionsonananionicion-exchangeresin.Elutionwithpotassiumchloridesolutionsofincreasingconcentrations.CalculationoftheP2O5contentinthedifferenteluatevolumesbymeansofaconversionfactortothecorrespondingform.Theannexgivesaphotometricmethodofanalysisofeluates.Theprincipleconsistsinformationofmolybdatophosphateinadilutesulphuricacidmediumofeluate,reductionwithascorbicacidandphotometricmeasurementofthereducedcomplexatawavelengthofabout650nm.Typicalion-exchangecolumnsareshowninfigures.CancelsandreplacesthefirsteditionofISO3358/1976.
