【摘要】:1.1Thesetestmethodscoverproceduresforthesamplingandtestingofthevariousferroalloysforsizing,eitherbeforeoraftershipmentfromtheplantsofthemanufacturers.1.2Theyaredesignedtogiveresultsrepresentativeofeachlotthatwillbecomparablewiththemanufacturer''scertifiedanalysisforthesamelot.1.3Thepurchasermayuseanysamplingprocedurehedesires,buttheresultsobtainedonsuchsamplesshallnotbeabasisforcomplaintorrejection,unlesstheprocedurefollowedisofanaccuracyequivalenttothatprescribedinthesetestmethods.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.4.1Exception8212;TheSIunitsthatcorrespondtomeshsizesinTable1aretoberegardedasstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
